We have now mounted the body back on the chassis. We used the existing body mounting bolts we install in our kits to have the body back in the right position before we start finishing mounting the body or anything else.

In this picture, we have already finished mounting the body using pop rivets in the rockers and nuts & bolts for the rest.

From this point on, most items we mount (door hinges / striker, hood slides etc etc) is going through the body and attached directly to the frame. This is a lot stronger than just mounting something to the fiberglass. It also serves as another body mount point.
