Very few other Cobra's (if any) out there have Power Brakes.
You will appreciate having Power Brakes when you have to stop quickly. Without them, you have to push on the brake pedal harder than you can imagine. We have got used to driving cars with power brakes.
We have taken the time to engineer out the entire brake system specifically for our car taking into consideration the weight distribution, suspension system, and the ability to safely stop quickly without locking up either the front or rear wheels.
We do not use a donor car concept to just take a brake system from one car and bolt it on. To give you some idea how important it is to have a total engineered system, you can not change any one part (even on ours) and still have it balanced. It takes a completely different master cyl to accommodate different size calipers or convert from drum to disc brakes.
